• Professional Installation of 30000 to 360000Btu/hr Wall Split Unit
• Includes Powder Coated Brackets and Aluminium Pipe Kit.
• Excludes Electrical Installation (For 24000 Btu/hr units and larger) but existing power point will be used where possible.
• Excludes for Installation at heights. Please inform Laes Limited prior to execution of works if the installation is higher than ground floor.
• Installations in areas outside major metropolis or in outlying areas must first be confirmed with Laes Limited as the closest installer may need to charge additional for traveling.
• Includes 3m of Piping. Additional drainage or piping  must be negotiated with the Installer on the day.
• Any cost for scaffolding to execute the installation is excluded. This needs to be highlighted before the installation and must be negotiated with the Installer on the day.
• Excludes De-Installation of existing unit.
• All building work is excluded from this installation cost.
